Teppan Edo Menu and Information (Japan)
World Showcase
Teppan Edo is located in the Japan Pavilion area of Epcot’s World Showcase behind Tokyo Dining. Teppen Edo has been called part dinner, part show due to the Teppanyaki-style of cooking. Teppanyaki is a style of cooking that uses a flat iron griddle to cook your food. The typical Teppanyaki Japanese cuisine that you can enjoy includes steak, chicken, vegetable and seafood entrées served with Udon noodles and steamed rice. You will be entertained and amazed at the skill of the Teppan Edo chefs as they cook, flip and chop your food right in front of you. Fun and delicous!
