You can meet and greet with Phineas and Pherb in the Streets of America area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios near Muppet Vision 3D.  The Phineas and Pherb meet and greet is not your normal character interaction.  Between meeting and greeting with guests, the dynamic duo want to make a movie about their summer vacation.  With the help of their director and guests fun ensues while the camera is rolling.  This essentially is a fun side show to the character meet and greet.  If you are a fan of Phineas and Pherb put this on your to do list.
