Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Las Ventanas is located just off the main building near Rix Lounge at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Las Ventanas is a table service restaurant that features breakfast, lunch and dinner menus with American and Southwestern flavors served in a quiet contemporary atmosphere. Specialties include sourdough french toast and whole wheat pancakes for breakfast, mahi sandwich and chicken focaccia for lunch and blackened mahi mahi and seared pork loin medallions for dinner. A frequently overlooked table service restaurant that is definitely worth visiting especially if you are staying at Coronado Springs.
