What is mobile ordering at Walt Disney World? Mobile Ordering is a very convenient way of essentially ordering you food without ever stepping foot in a line. You simply pull up the restaurant that you want to order from on the My Disney Experience mobile app and place your order. It’s that simple. Here is a quick rundown on how to order food from your My Disney Experience mobile app.
Step 1: Open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap on the “order food” icon.
Step 2: Select your restaurant.
Step 3: Select “Order Food” icon.
Step 4: Build your order.
Step 5: Pay for your order with the credit card on file or use your Disney Dining Plan credits.
Step 6: Click on the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” icon when you want the cast members to make it.
Step 7: Head directly to the Mobile Order pick up counter and get your food!
