We just found out the answer to the long anticipated question, when will Avatar Land, or as it’s officially named Pandora – The World of Avatar, open.
The Walt Disney Company’s CEO Bob Iger just announced the Pandora – The World of Avatar will open up on May 28th at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Iger made the announcement during The Walt Disney Company’s Q1 FY17 Earnings call.
Pandora – The World of Avatar will feature two highly anticipated attractions, Na’vi River Journey and Avatar Flight of Passage. The stunning land will also feature dining at Satu’li Canteen, refreshments at Pongu Pongu and merchandise from Windtraders. It has been said that this land will immerse you so deep into the environment you will really think you are on Pandora.
