Yesterday was full of surprises in the Disney community including the announcement of Pandora – the World of Avatar’s opening date (May 28th) and Star Wars Land opening in 2019 but many didn’t see this coming. Last night at Disney’s Animal Kingdom a select group including Disney Cast Members and the Social Media Moms Bloggers were invited to watch a preview of Rivers of Light on the Discovery River lagoon.
This was the first time that the current version of the complete show was shown to anyone. At this time the 15 minute show does not have an official opening date but I am sure we will know soon enough. Orlando area vloggers, Jones Family Travels, posted the full show on YouTube.
