Ah yes, I am pretty sure you just hummed the first few bars of legendary composer John Williams’ Star Wars (Main Title) instrumental from 1977.  Bob Chapek, Walt Disney World, Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Chairman announced at this weekend’s D23 Destination D event some news regarding the music of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Chapek announced that legendary composer John Williams is currently working on new and original theme music for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.  The music is currently being recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios.  Williams involvement in the composition of the musical atmosphere brings the authenticity of this land to a whole new level.
