Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has begun taking reservations as they prepare to open on October 8, 2018. Sebastian’s Bistro is a casual table-service restaurant that features a menu filled with Caribbean and Latin eats created with market-fresh ingredients. Whether you enjoy steaks, seafood, salads, sandwiches or burgers this new restaurant has something for everyone with a Caribbean, tropical twist.
The menu features appetizers such as the Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls (served with guava butter, mango chutney, and Jamaican jerk oil), Jamaican Meat Pies with Guajillo chili sauce, or the Arepa with slow-cooked pork and chili-mango barbecue sauce.
The entrées include Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” with crispy yuca, Citrus-Stuffed Sustainable Whole Fish with turmeric brown rice and cilantro-lime vinaigrette, and Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales with sautéed peppers and salsa verde. If you are in the mood for a burger try the Crab Cake-topped Burger with lettuce, tomato, and horseradish mayonnaise or the Crispy Avocado Bacon Burger with chimichurri and pico de gallo.
Amazing vegan options such as the Island Curry “Eggless” Sandwich served on multigrain bread and the Plant-Based Bahn Mi Sandwich with cucumbers, pickled vegetables, and Miso-Sriracha mayonnaise are also available on the menu.
The kid’s menu features entrees like Whole Grain Penne with zucchini and roasted tomato sauce, Jerk Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp Skewer with Cilantro-Lime Cream, and a Jamaican Meat Pie. Sides include items such as sautéed green beans, mac and cheese, pizza biscuits, cauli-fries with carrot ketchup, and more!
Make sure you leave room for one (or many) of these sweet treats for dessert. The Banoffee Pie with banana custard and chocolate ganache is served in a graham cracker tart with caramel sauce. The Mile Marker Zero, inspired by the culture of Key West, features Iced Key Lime Pops with sea salt and tropical sauce as well as the Floating Island Sundae covered in fresh Caribbean fruit, meringue, guava, and Guanabana sorbet.
Whether you are old enough for an adult beverage or not, you will find plenty of tropical-inspired drinks to enjoy. From fruity and frozen mocktails to true cocktails featuring Caribbean rums, the beverage menu has everyone covered. There is even a customizable rum flight and Caribbean craft beers to enjoy.
Located in the Old Port Royale area of Disney’s Carribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian’s Bistro will be a popular spot for resort guests and visitors alike. Reservations are now open as the new restaurant opens on October 8.
