Disney’s Animal Kingdom is introducing two levels of Festival of the Lion King signature dining packages starting August 13.
Starting on August 13 and running until November 21, 2018 you will be able to book two new signature dining packages at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Both dining packages feature your choice of lunch or dinner at Tiffins Restaurant on Discovery Island and VIP seating for the popular Festival of the Lion King show. If you purchase the Tier 1 package you will also get to experience a unique safari ride escorted by a special guide.
Whether you choose lunch or dinner you will get to enjoy a three-course meal that includes one appetizer, one entrée, one dessert, and your choice of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage.
This seasonally-inspired menu features unique dishes from around the world. On the appetizer menu, you’ll find items such as Avocado-and-Tomato Salad, Spiced Chickpea Falafel, and Charred Octopus that serve as a grand way to kick off your feast! And for the main course, you’ll get to choose from a selection of mouthwatering entrées like Kamo Ramen (duck confit, soft-poached egg, spiced coconut broth, alba mushrooms, and chili-lime cashew), Shrimp and Grits (with Gulf white shrimp, Anson Mills grits, applewood smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes, and smoked pepper jam), Surf and Turf (with grilled local beef tenderloin, butter poached lobster tail, Yukon gold potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Cape Mountain Whiskey butter), or Fort McCoy Beef Tenderloin (with char-crusted beef tenderloin, loaded crushed potato, seasonal vegetables, bacon-sherry vinaigrette, and crispy shallots). – Disney Parks Blog
The Tier 1 Festival of the Lion King Signature dining package will cost $99 per adult and $49 per children ages 3-9 (tax and gratuities not included). This package includes lunch or dinner at Tiffins Restaurant, VIP seating for the Festival of the Lion King show and the safari tour.
The Tier 2 Festival of the Lion King Signature dining package will cost $74 per adult and $29 for children ages 3-9 (tax and gratuities not included). This package includes lunch or dinner at Tiffins Restaurant and VIP seating for the Festival of the Lion King show.
