Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland has turned into “The Incredible Tomorrowland Expo” this summer to celebrate the release of Incredibles 2 and its a whole lot of fun! Disney shared a fun overview of all the happenings that are going on now until September 3, 2018.
You will first notice a lot of “The Incredible Tomorrowland Expo” decor has been added to the land including banners on the Tomorrowland Marquee, signs on the bridge and other brightly colored posters throughout Tomorrowland. You will also notice that the background music has been “super” sized and now plays a unique track including some special announcements from some of your favorite Supers, so listen closely. The ambiance also includes three amazing PhotoPass spots including the Underminer, Omnidroid and a fun Frozone area.
If you are looking for characters, “The Incredible Tomorrowland Expo” features some old and new Incredibles friends for you to meet and even dance with including Edna Mode and the Parr family. Members of the Super Super Fan Club are also out and about during the Expo, dressed in cosplay as their favorite new aspiring heroes, Brick, Reflux, Krushauer, Voyd and Screech.
There is even fun for the little ones, or maybe this is for the parents, with the Jack-Jack Diaper Dash. Here is a chance to show off your babies super speed powers with a fun baby crawl race, with fun prizes!
If high energy is what you like, head on over to the Rockettower Plaza Stage for the variety show, “Super Party Time”. The show features all your favorite Incredibles characters including Mr. Incredible, Frozone, Edna Mode as well as some surprise up-and-coming super heroes!
“Party Host, DJ and Super Party Sidekicks engage Expo guests at Rockettower Plaza Stage in fun and games, with special appearances by Mr. and Mrs. Incredible and Frozone. And throughout “Super Party Time,” you’ll be introduced to up-and-coming Supers like ElectroGirl and Gyroman, showing off their skills on stage.”
If food is what you like, and who doesn’t, Tomorrowland does feature a couple of specialty “Incredibles” themed items including the Super Stretchy Burger found at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, “No Capes, Just Crêpes” Crêpe Sundae from Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies and Mrs. Incredible Pretzel Mask located at The Lunching Pad.
