It was recently announced that Disney will once again be turning one of its classic animated films into a Live Action/CGI (think live action Jungle Book) remake. This time it will be the 1955 animated classic, Lady and the Tramp.
Charlie Bean (The LEGO Ninjago Movie director) has been appointed director of the adorable pooch filled classic. Lady and the Tramp will be one of the first original titles for the upcoming (yet to be named) Disney Streaming Service that is set to debut in fall of 2019.
