The Wave…of American Flavors
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
The Wave…of American Flavors is located on the first floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort’s main tower. The Wave is a table service restaurant featuring a contemporary, flowing dining room and a menu filled with locally and regionally sourced ingredients. Breakfast at The Wave features both a buffet menu as well as à la carte including The Wave’s signature sweet potato pancakes. Lunch includes a variety of cuisine including Mediterranean tuna salad, grilled chicken breast, curry vegetarian stew and more while dinner features such items as the herb-salt seasoned beef tenderloin and braised beef short rib. If you are early for your reservation make sure you stop in for a drink at The Wave Lounge.
