World Showcase

The Mitsukoshi Department Store is located in the Japan Pavilion area of Epcot’s World Showcase underneath Tokyo Dining.  Mitsukoshi Department Store is one of the largest shops you will find in the World Showcase and probably one of the most intriguing.  This shop is set up like a true department store with multiple areas of distinctly Japanese merchandise.  Inside Mitsukoshi Department Store you will find a large array of authentic traditional Japanese clothing including kimonos and footwear, authentic Japanese toys and games, plus collectibles, swords,  Maneki Neko (fortune cats) and so much more.  The shop is named after the oldest department store in the world.  The Mitsukoshi Department Store opened its doors for the first time in 1673 in Edo, Japan.
