Astro Orbitor is a thrilling yet simple spinner type ride. Very similar to Dumbo in design as you sit in your rocket ship and spin around BUT it tends to move a bit faster than Dumbo AND you are spinning roughly 80 feet above the ground. The thrill comes from the fact that this attraction is sitting on top of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover and at times it feels like you are just going to literally take off into space…or maybe crash into nearby Space Mountain. This is typically a slow loading attraction with no FastPass+. In order to get to the ride, guests must hop aboard an elevator to get you there. We think that this attraction has to be done at least once in your life if not once a trip.
